COURSES AND THEIR BRIEF

The Jain College BCA Programme affiliated to Rani Channamma University, Belagavi is designed for students who are interested in pursuing rewarding careers in the field of Information Technology.
The program encompasses foundational courses, core courses dealing with latest tools and techniques, with an optimal blend of theory and practice.
It is comprehensive incorporating the study of both hardware and software and their underlying principles. Students learn in the areas of
Electronics, Programming Languages, Python, Android, C# .NET, Software Engineering, Java Basic & Advance, Data Structure, Human Resource Environmental Studies, Design and Analysis of Algorithm
E-Commerce & Web Designing, Data Base Management Systems, Software Engineering, etc.
Students get opportunities for industry-based project work. Practical experience in design projects and lab study supplement theoretical education.
The course prepares students to demonstrate professional competence in computer applications and developing software.

NOVIA FIESTA

(ECSTACY- Entering a state of Intensity).

An event organized by the senior for welcoming the newly joined fresher’s. Various activities, games are conducted in order to have good interaction among the students.

Activities

UI/UX Workshop

A One-Day workshop on UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) was conducted on 16th Oct 2019 by BICSOM. The workshop was about the design of user interfaces for machines and software, such as computers, home appliances, mobile devices, and other electronic devices, with the focus on maximizing usability and the user experience. UX designers are in charge of determining how the user interface operates. Many of the final year students joined the workshop and were certified.

Campus on Corporate

One Day Workshop was conducted for BCA Final Year Students by Pradeep Srivastava. Pradeep Srivastava - Director & Country Head of Saicooper HR extension pvt Ltd, Bangalore. The Workshop was all about how to build professional Resume and video resume for students and how to face interview, communication skills. He also gave some tips & tricks to crack interview get placed in a reputed company.

Aptitude and Interview Coaching Classes

An aptitude and interview coaching classes was held for the final years for duration of 45 days, where the students were trained for Logical, Quantitative and Verbal Reasoning. They also trained in resume writing and English grammar.
