Blood Donation camp

Jain Degree Youth Red Cross Wing  and NSS Wing Belagavi in association with Mahaveer Blood Bank, Belagavi organized a Blood Donation Camp on 8th February 2020 at 11.00 a.m. in the Govt Higher Primary School Nandgad ( Sant Melage Primary School) premises. Mohammed Shafi Kazi  , President of Nandgad Gram panchayat inaugurated the blood donation camp. Shri Suresh Madar Head Master of Sant Melage Primary School Nandgad ,Belgaum District addressed the students regarding the importance of Blood ,Dr. Yalburgi, Medical Officer, Mahaveer Blood Bank, Belagavi were the guests on this occasion. Prof.Kiran Patil  welcomed the guests. Out of 60 students of BBA, BCA and BCOM department students donated 40 units of blood which was collected by Mahaveer Blood Bank, Belagavi.

Youth Red Cross – CORONA VIRUS

Jain College Youth Red Cross Wing Organised, a session on ‘CORONA VIRUS ‘precaution   for the BBA ,BCA ,BCOM students on 4th February 2020,the session was addressed by Dr.Soumya Vernekar a Pediatrician  of K.L.E.Society .She highlighted on the precaution that can be taken on CORONA VIRUS. The session was very informative for the student and society health point of view.

NSS Camp 2020

National Service Scheme, a Seven days camp organized by Jain College from 3rd -9th Feb 2020 at ‘Sant Melage Marathi School’, Nandagad, Khanapur Taluk, Belagavi. 

Students of BBA, BCA and BCOM departments participated in the camp and worked for the development, cleanliness and maintenance of the school premises. They also conducted a Blood Donation camp, free health checkup for the localities of the village.
